1. Data controller
เทศบาลตำบลบ้านริมธาร is the personal data controller under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and gives high priority to protecting the personal data of everyone who uses its services.

6. Retention period
The agency keeps personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and for the period required by the Office of the Prime Minister Regulation on Official Documents. After that period the data is deleted or rendered non-identifiable.
7. Rights of the data subject
You have the following rights and may exercise them by submitting a request to the agency: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to object, the right to erasure, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee.
