How It Works

How online services work

1. Choose the service you need

   Choose a request type from the online services above; the system tells you in advance which documents to prepare.

2. Fill in the form and attach documents

   Complete the form and attach photographs or supporting documents. PDF, JPG and PNG files are accepted.

3. Receive a request number

   A reference number is issued as soon as you submit. Use it to check the status with our officers at any time.

4. Officers take action

   Officers review and process the request within the time stated in the citizen service manual.

5. Receive the result and rate the service

   Once completed, our officers will report the outcome through the channel you provided.
